Excellent service. Got a double helix piercing, woman who did it was lovely. Very happy with my piercings. I like they have a private room in the back where they do everything. Will definitely be recommending this place.

Took my daughter for ear piercing. Told on the phone that starter kit was included to find out it wasn't on arrival. Took a couple if pictures of my daughter whilst having it done. The lady told me not to take pictures with her in. She was a bit blunt! Could of be a more enjoyable experience had the lady been a bit more friendly!

Such a shame. Went for a massage and the room was dirty. Even though there was no one in the reception area, the music in the reception area was blaring over the relaxing music in the room and before the end of the massage the masseuse left to answer the door. Even though paying for an hour massage the whole time from arriving to leaving was 55min. I have had many massages and for £44 this was completely over priced for this massage

Went for waxing today, i haven't been here for a long time as i don't live in the area. I came back to claire as she is by far the best waxer I have benn to. I can't get the level of service where i live as they don't do the hot wax treatments. I would definitely recommend her.

Abi does my eyebrows, microblading and she is amazing. highly recommend Abi.

Treatments explained and delivered to a high standard... had many treatments from different saloons but by far the most professional and effective
