Beware - Machines of Destruction!!! Started using Laundrapp at the recommendation of friends but boy am I sorry now! On only our second order, they completely destroyed a cuff of a shirt!! They are refusing to take responsibility for it. AVOID USING LAUNDRAPP!!!
Complete lack of service. Do not give them anything important / precious to you they're guaranteed to ruin it.
A great treat to have a big load of washing done by someone else!
Sent a message very late saying that the order would not be collected. Offered to reschedule, but did not immediately offer a refund. Do not risk using this company.
