Laundrapp used to be great. But Laundryheap, who bought them, are terrible. They’ve shrunk multiple items - including a Reformation dress which was my genuine favourite confident dress and a Maje skirt on separate deliveries which they have taken no accountability for because I reported post 24 hours lat and . Which is incredibly unreasonable as I don’t try every item on when it arrives, for obvious reasons. Their prices have also gone up hugely, and they rarely turn up on time. If you want an overpriced dry cleaning service that ruins your best clothes and charges you if you’re not there when they arrive outside their delivery slot, then choose these guys.
Avoid at all given cost! they have no direct phone number so if you have an issue you will be dealing with an online chatting system that is being sub contracted out to India to save costs. My Experience is very bad: On my first experience they gave me back all my clothes poorly ironed and ruined my collars.They apologised and refunded me £3.98 that was joke on a £50 order My second experience I had emailed support to let them know if I use your service again please make sure you use collar stiffeners. They promised they would and to my horror they did the same mistake. I was travelling so I dint have time to take up the issue... They apologised again and refunded me 25% of the shirt order and claimed it was a human error. The third time I clarified with the the support team if I'm to use them for a 3rd time please please make sure you use collar stiffeners and iron the shirts correctly. They agreed! but again comes back without any request and this time I gave up on them also some shirts arrived back damaged and collars ripped! They will send a automated message now to make themselves look good but overall its a big BIG disappointment of a company and needs some serious management help! Great idea poorly executed! . Please see the shirts attached bellow on 3 different occasions / some folded some hanging this is how they send them back. When you pay a lot for a shirt you expect care and love! To confirm this is the standard you will receive back! it will come back damaged, creased and flatter than a pancake! Forget any delicate items thats another story Cashmere / silk / suits Avoid!
Great concept in theory - very poor execution. It is very unpredictable when you will get you laundry back, multiple cancelled deliveries, multiple lost items and very poor and slow customer service! I had given them a dress for a special occasion to dry clean - delivery was delayed twice so I ended up having to buy a new dress last minute. The didn't offer a refund for this - when I asked they only gave me 25% back! Will not use again!
Sent all white sheets, duvets and pillows cases used in my Airbnb over Christmas. Came back grubbing looking and unfolded, just scrunched up and bundled together in plastic bags. Could t even put them away in a cupboard let alone on a bed. For £60 think that’s really poor service. When I complained they offered me £5 credit back. Will never use again snd you shouldn’t either. My local laundrette offers a better, cheaper service. After reading reviews I think this company is a scam. Honestly, impossible to tell if sheets even washed or not - if so must be at very low temperature.
Absolutely disgusting. The clothes were not washed and I have proof of this. Unable to speak to a person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever come across. STAY AWAY. Wish I had read the reviews before using this service. Pick up was late. Waited in for delivery. Never came with no explanation. I had to waste my own time trying to contact customer service. No one ever spoke to me. Turns out they lost my King size feather down duvet which is huge so they must have zero processes in place. Two weeks later they delivered a king size duvet made of polyester. I’m not hopeful for any resolution. Seriously do not use this company. They are a waste of space.
UPDATE: items were delivered on fourth attempt, unfortunately no explanation was forthcoming as to why the delay. I did ask to be compensated and got £9 off a £45 order. I have been using this service for a few months now, and i have to admit at first I was impressed. It is wonderful to get the items picked up and delivered to your doorstep, WHEN IT DOES WORK. Unfortunately when something happened, like most internet/app service, you have no one to talk to. My last delivery was delayed not ONCE but TWICE without explanations. You send an email to their support team, they reschedule to next slot available and do not have the decency to ask you first if the new date is c0onvenient. They don't even offer to compensate you for your troubles. beware, might be your local dry cleaning shop is still the best option, at least you get to chat to them, and in 20 odd years, never got an item late. Here is to hoping my suit and 20 shirts are reunited with my wardrobe very soon.
Highly disappoint by the service. Two high value items value around 520 £ of my Girlfriend are lost! Customer service is not helping us much, with a "fair refund" of 50£ cleaning fee was 21£. We had to exchange multiple emails before they concluded that they lost our items there inside tracking system clearly has issues. We supplied recipe/pictures of the perfect condition cloths as a "proof" against the lack of goodwill from the persons we wrote about the value of our items. The situation didn't change since a month and is highly frustrating as they don't look to take their mistake seriously.
I’ve been a loyal customer to this company previously ZipJet for years but seems like since Landrapp took over the quality of the service has gone down. I had an order delivered to me in July which included winter clothing so I didn’t get them out of their plastic covers upon return until a few days ago when the temperature dropped and I needed to wear my jumpers. I opened the plastic cover only to find out that one of my pricey cashmere jumpers is shrunk to fit my little girl now! This was never communicated to me by the company and when I sent them the picture and explaining the problem their answer was ‘ we don’t take liability for damages reported more than 72 hours after the delivery’. The point is the damage is done and it’s the company’s liability regardless of when it’s reported. I’m very disappointed at the service and will stop using the company.
Laundrapp picked up some items from my house. The driver who picked up the items never registered the pickup on the app. Laundrapp have no record of my items in the value of circa £800. My items have not been returned and Laundrapp cannot find any record of my items. Either stolen by the driver or completely mis handled by Laundrapp. Will never use again.
