Fitters Terry Byrne & Daniel Langley turned up exactly on time, and cracked on with our window installation efficiently and without any fuss. Came with brand new dust sheets for inside! This is my second experience with Launa & would heartily recommend the company and the aforementioned fitters.

Another efficient and tidy job by Terry & Dwayne. They arrived on time and were done within a few hours. One of the panes of glass for the bay window arrived cracked but was re-ordered straight away; ready to be fitted in a couple of days time. Thanks! Ed.

Awful, a waste of 16 months of our life. Had 3 bi fold doors,2 patio doors and numerous windows fitted. Had the bi folds fitted 3 times and the patio doors twice, Still all leak, they engaged a independent surveyor who said they have not been fitted to best industry standards and all 3 bi folds must be taken out again and re fitted after carrying out the alterations needed before putting back! not by Launa they wont be. Save yourself allot of heart ache ,wasted time off work and put your money with a company that know what they are doing and no how to handle customer complaints and in fact respond to emails, we have loads of pictures and emails to back this up. We are now having to start court proceedings against them for a large sum of money as they have caused water damage to our home and fail to respond to any communication. I have never seen so many positive feedbacks for this company, so thought I WOULD TELL YOU ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE AND ADVISE YOU TO READ All Checked who have more dissatisfied customer comments on.

A very efficient company. The fitters, Terry Byrne and Dan Langley,who came today, were very friendly and did an excellent job. Would certainly use again.

We were amazed and impressed with the team that installed our new windows and front door on 2nd June. Our fitters were Terry Byrne, Daniel Langley and Ross Ford. They were very efficient and knowledgeable making the whole process easy for us. We are very pleased with the finished product and the house has been transformed. We would also like to mention the building team who were also very skilled and hard working. A VERY BIG thank you from Deb and Fran.
