I had a very disappointing experience with this Indian takeaway. Out of the 6 meals ordered, 4 of which were veggie, one of the chicken dishes contained a piece of raw chicken. Despite notifying them, the staff showed minimal concern. The manager was rarely present, and it took two visits to get an £8 refund, that was after offering to replace the chicken, with no apologies offered. Overall, a lackluster response to a significant issue leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. As you can imagine the 2 chicken meals were not eaten as they didn’t want to take the chance of eating a raw piece, the staff didn’t take that in consideration or seemed that bothered. We will never revisit.
Best food locally. Unique chef specials and family friendly. Good value for money and high quality food. Enjoyed ourselves.

We were a party of 7 for my 40th. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to come again.Food: 5/5
This place used to be great but the quality of the food has gone down hill. My chicken Tikka Masala was flavourless and a diluted colour of red where as before it was a thick red creamy sauce with plenty of flavor. My pilau rice was colourless and flavourless too. As a trained chef I believe the new chef or management is using diluted sauces to make their dishes go further and using the cheapest ingredients. And the price of each dish does not reflect the quality of the food. This is no longer the wonderful restaurant it once was. Dec 2023
Very good service and the food was delicious! You can take your own drink as well which is always good. The food came out well cooked and quickly but we didn't feel rushed. We'll be going back again.
Great food good quantity and flavour, only downside I ordered on line was a certain price but failed so had to phone and price was getting on for a tenner dearer I queried it them saying old menu on line and didn't have and new menus to show me the new prices as hadn't bin printed yet but they knew the prices but couldn't show me for me to add it up so surely false advertising especially with no new menu avaliable and prices different until new one is shown to sell it at these prices
spent a couple of days with friends in Northampton and really struggled to find food. Well this place certainly stood up, they could accommodate us and provided some fantastic food and service. absolutely would highly recommend this place to anyone. they have a shop next for you to buy your own drink from which is perfect for this little gem. thank you and wish you well
First time visiting here after it was recommended by friends, but sorry to say we won't be going back. Whilst the restaurant was clean and well presented, the curry was possibly the worst I've ever had. Chicken Madras was bland in flavour and the sauce was so watery. The chicken itself was very chewy, which was the same for the Korma dish we also ordered. They offered to make me a new free dish which was kind, and it came out quickly - think he said it was a chicken tika chilli massala, but again the sauce was very watery, nothing like the thick creamy sauce you'd expect from these dishes - especially a massala!
Last minute visit as the restaurant we booked had issues, they accommodated seven of us which was appreciated. The food was really good and the service took a little while but was great. We had a lovely meal. It is bring you own alcohol.
