Quite a big Country Park which is very dog friendly. Worth a visitas there are quite a few rare species of flora and wildlife to be seen. Worth taking a good pair of Wellies or walking shoes during inclement conditions. The park wardens are welcoming and knowledgeable. Worthy of further exploration!

Love it over there. Raining hard and very slippery under foot in the forest, but the bridalpath is fine.

Had a very pleassnt if a little muddy walk showing grand children where their grandad use to live  in the middle of the country park over 50 years ago.
