Palmers Rayleigh have so far been excellent. Our Solicitor was Julie Mercer and she was absolutely fantastic. Our original appointment with her to discuss the way forward after the death of a relative was both reassuring and comforting. She gave a first class service from the very first meeting to the very last and was always on hand every step of the way if we had a question or query. Her compassion and care shone through on every visit and we couldn't have asked for a better Solicitor. Sadly, she has now left the Company, however we were very lucky to have had her from start to finish for our matter. We never had to call the offices as we were always kept up to date, however when we did need to pop into Reception to drop anything off or collect anything, we found the Receptionist very helpful and like Julie was always very helpful. We are now using Palmers for the Conveyancing and are hoping that we will be just as pleased with the service
We met James Foley-Bronze in his office at Rayleigh to confirm the details of the sale of our property and the urgency of completing on a specified date. Everything was dealt with expeditiously and we were totally satisfied with the service we received from James. Would certainly 100% recommend Palmers Solicitors in Rayleigh to anyone contemplating a property purchase or sale.

Before coming to Palmers I had never purchased a property and therefore never used a solicitor before. I visited a few other local firms in Rayleigh, some got back to me, some didn't, but no one shone out. The moment I met Layna I knew she completely understand my situation and I had instant trust she was the lady for the job. My purchase threw up all sorts of issues but she remained resilient, professional and was constantly pushing my case throughout. From my perspective Palmers handled everything perfectly and accurately and I would be more that happy to recommend and use them again in the future.
Palmers Solicitor's, are the best around, I've used them since the 1980s, and they are very Professional in everything they do. My dad passed away January 21 and they were so very compassionate, in sorting the Probate and the Conveyancing out for me, and they were always there for me, and I can't thank them enough. I have used Palmer's Solicitors for conveyancing on more than one occasion and would absolutely use them again. Layna Thompson in particular is fantastic; personable, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Layna always kept me informed and updated regularly, acted quickly and efficiently and always responded to my queries within 24 hours. This is particularly commendable during the early days of the covid-19 crisis when everybody was working under increased pressure and unusual circumstances. I highly recommend.
