Fantastic company to do business with. Helped us greatly in sourcing a hearth for our lounge. Couldn't have been more helpful, especially with delivery. And the stone work is beautiful. Highly recommended.

I'll start by saying that the end product is worth it! The worktop is in, fitted beautifully by two lovely fitters and looks stunning. The office staff however have left me feeling let down. We firstly had to chase to follow up a quote. When it did arrive it was all wrong so it wasn't easy just getting a proper price for our kitchen. When it came to fitting day I was given a mid to late morning arrival time. The fitters finally arrived at 3 having had a difficult morning. I had to call three times and Landford were defensive and unhelpful instead of understanding and apologetic. I could have gone out had I known they would be so late but instead I waited in all day. Once they've got your money I don't think they care any more. We wont use Landford again because of the attitude today from the office staff who don't seem to appreciate that it's all about customer service.

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone at landford stone for the first class service we received, from our initial visit to the fitting of our granite. All the staff were professional and extremely friendly. A special thank you to Jonny, the time he spent with us in the workshop was invaluable resulting in a stunning end result. We would definitely use landford stone again and not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent customer service. We needed a hearthstone, not a huge order by any means. The staff could not have been more helpful in finding us just the right stone. Will certainly be going back for our kitchen worktops.

We would like to extend our thanks to you and your staff for doing such a great job for us. The initial contact we had with you was by email and was responded to promptly – unlike other companies. Ryan was excellent when we visited your premises and the contact we had with your office by phone were pleasant and helpful. We particularly liked the fact that you rang to confirm times for the templating and although I rang you to confirm the time for the fitters to arrive, you were spot on with timing and offered to call to let me know when they would arrive – again, something other companies will not do. Matt was excellent on the templating visit, helping me to get the fit correct and we were impressed with your obvious investment in technology to make the job even more efficient and accurate. The fitters – Ian and Tyler – were pleasant and efficient and acted in a professional manner whilst in my house – again, unlike other contractors we have had the misfortune to experience. We wish you all the best for the future and would not hesitate to recommend you 100%. Thank you.
