I visited my Mothers grave a week ago . The only way I could find her grave was by the Cherry tree we planted on the spot. I could not see her stone as it is totally overgrown with brambles.nI have written to request that this be sorted but have received no reply.nMakes me weep.nI have visited other burial grounds and that are maintained as you would expect.nVery upset

My interaction with their representative, Mr. Adam Lowe, left me frustrated and stressed during a time when I needed support the most.nnFrom the very beginning, there were issues with communication. Mr. Lowe's responses were slow, and there was a significant lack of transparency in our discussions. This lack of clarity led to misunderstandings about the burial arrangements I was trying to make for my late father.nnI reached a point where I had to mention potential legal action, something I never imagined during this sensitive time. Unfortunately, my concerns remain unresolved, and I'm left in a state of emotional distress.nnOne important note to mention is that Michael's Wood is not affiliated with the Association of National Burial Grounds ANBG. This raises concerns about their professionalism and adherence to industry standards.nnIn summary, Michael’s wood is placed in a beautiful setting. However, my experience with Michael's Wood, specifically with Mr. Adam Lowe, has been far from satisfactory. I believe their handling of this situation did not meet the expected standards of care, professionalism, and communication that one would hope for during such a sensitive time.nnI would advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and ensure that all aspects of their arrangement are clarified and documented in detail before proceeding.nnI hope this review helps others make informed decisions when dealing with Michael's Wood.
They took my money for a stone memorial for my father in May 2023 and have not provided said stone memorial. They don’t answer their phones or emails, I am currently chasing for my money back.
If I had a choice, this is one place I would appreciate spending in memory, very peaceful and a beautifully maintained and kept place of rest, to the occupants of here thank you for making it so relaxing in life that would be the same in passing
This is a natural woodlands and burial ground ..although it is just a cemetery it has a nice woodland walk and worth a visit if you like quiet peaceful placesnDogs are not allowed
