I am SO grateful to the team that work at Salisbury Crematorium. They really went the extra mile to help me. I felt heard, supported and, as a result, calmer. They deserve 5 stars - More if I could give them, but a star is removed due to issues with the live webcast, which was not satisfactory. You cannot see any of the slideshow, and you can only see a small fraction of the congregation, which is sad, because many people watching wish to see the people attending, friends, and or relatives they haven't seen in ages, due to distance and or Covid..... I understand the building is registered, so restricted where the camera could be placed. But the Screen is too small, in my opinion, even for people, sitting at the back of the chapel, to view comfortably. I appreciate this is Wesley Media's department. Let's hope they can find good solutions, going forward.
Parking is now plentiful, the chapel has a beautiful window and overlooks a lovely little pond. Although on a timescale, it never feels like you're being rushed. A nice place on what is generally a very sad occasion.
Has been enlarged building increased seating capacity...Easier wheelchair and disable walking , included ramps ......
Tranquil & relaxing ....... Gentle park land to be in ones thoughts. ......
