I could not speak highly enough of Mr. Nigam. An extremely professional consultant who put us at ease straight away, by explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring we all fully understood the process my mum was going through with her cancer treatment. Himself & his staff have supported our family through some of the most difficult times of our lives. We instantly felt that my mum was in safe & capable hands, which has been proven by the life saving surgery & wonderful aftercare he has provided. I really can't thank him enough for everything he has done for my mum.
Dr Nigam was fantastic with me. I went to him with ringing in my ears and to check my ears overall as since being pregnant i just felt something was off. He was very empathetic and understanding. He explained every test he was doing and what he was looking for and then gave me a full breakdown of what the results were. It was all very efficient and professional and felt at ease throughout. Thank you again!
I have just seen Dr Nigam, and I honestly can not recommend him enough! My 4 year old daughter was referred by the gp and he is clearly one of the best in his field, he gave a clear review of her issues and explained them throughly so I could understand, he also took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable during the examination and in her words he was ‘brilliant and fantastic and fun’! Thanks Dr Nigam!
Had a consultation today - 28/05/2022 with Mr Nigam. What an abrasive and horrible Man, I have no doubt this Man is top if his game, but when he is rude and ignorant with patients it's not palatable. I was referred by my GP and all he kept saying to me was....forget what your GP is saying to you, he knows nothing!! your breathing, I'm not interested in your Asthma or constant sinus infections....The consultation took minutes, what a disgrace this Man is to his profession. 14/07/2022 Mr Nigam, I must clarify that I left your consultation with no management plan of my condition or any other advice from you as your consultation was minutes in total. Yes, it was a waste of public money and I'm embarrassed about that however, my GP asked for your expertise and that was not the case. I am not questioning your cancer expertise, I'm questioning your manner, and the way you talk to patients. If I did have a serious condition you are the last person on earth I would want to operate on me as I have no confidence in you. 26/09/2022, its funny how Dr Nigam gets a positive review after a negative one !! are they colleagues or friends ? as its their first ever review. The man is a fraud...
Dr Nigam is extremely unprofessional, he took the consultation fee and decided not to carry out the operation. I'm still waiting for £3000 to be returned to myself, its been months! He totally disregarded the health of my 3 year old niece who is struggling breathing and eating. He is arrogant, ignorant and a disgrace to the health profession, be warned! Don't waste your money.
I Could not recommend Dr Nigam ,his staff and his practice highly enough. From start to finish he was very clear in explaining everything he was doing and the reason for doing it, He was very kind and patient and most of all very thorough. I received an excellent level of care and I’m very happy with everything. I Highly recommend
Dreadful experience here today. One of the rudest consultants I have ever had the bad luck to encounter. Dismissive of my views, symptoms and came away feeling that I was imagining years and years of suffering.
I have a substernal goiter that's growing towards my aortic arch I had a CT scan in 2017 that showed this then heard nothing from anyone for 2 years no follow up appointments had To go back to my own doctor and tell him that my throat was still the same so he referred me back to the hospital again another CT ordered had to go back for my results just to be told that it's not cancerous and it hasn't grown and that they are.just going to leave summat that is not supposed to be in my chest there don't get me wrong I'm glad it's not cancerous but they could have gave me the option to have it removed because I know that substernal goiter can harber cancer
Excellent ENT clinic I had frequent nose bleeds and had cautery treatment .The consultant was very professional and fully explained the procedure which put me at ease . Would recommend clinic
Extremely poor service. Received poor communication from the secretary who was very rude to me on the phone. Now I have gone to a different consultant and received the first class service I was expecting, the difference is night and day.
