David is a superb physio and eased my neck and shoulder problems within 4/5 visits, would highly recommend.
A friend recommended Dave. My husband went first to see him. After seeing results for hubby after just two visits I decided to go myself. I had had knee problems for the best part of 15 years. It seemed to be something I had just accepted. The NHS had x-rayed it and said they could see no problems yet still the pain persisted. I was on painkillers most of the time. I was reluctant to go and exercise because my knee was sore I ended up two stone heavier than I should be. I went to Dave and within the first 10 minutes of flexing my muscles he could tell me exactly what the problem is. The muscles in my right thigh had weakened to such an extent that there was no padding behind my kneecap. Such a knowledgeable guy. I’m now on a maintenance program of exercises to build the muscle that. I can say with all honesty I started to felt better within two weeks. If you have any kind of problems at all you will find no one better than Dave. thanks Dave

Dave has worked miracles on my back issue over the past 8 weeks, couldn’t ask for a better physio - he’s spotted the issues almost instantly and set achievable goals to aid my recovery. Dave can also provide acupuncture which I didn’t know originally and having not had it before, I was a little sceptical about the benefits - honestly, it’s amazing! The app he uses is brilliant too for helping to remember the stretches, without this and Dave obviously I wouldn’t be in the position I am today. Based in 658 Fitness in Ainsdale, you can park right outside, which is ideal and Remdi Physio is in a side room just inside the gym. Nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely too!
I went to Dave after over two years of NHS physiotherapy input during which time l had one face to face assessment and one face to face review. It was therefore a refreshing change to have not only a face to face assessment but active input. I had complex pain issues and he has helped improve these significantly in a short space of time.
Would definitely recommend Dave for physio. I was given his name from a friend who has also been to him to see if he could help me. I went with a pain in the groin and hip area which was stopping me from walking properly and playing Walking Netball. I now know it is mild arthritis but with the right professional help, acupuncture and exercises from Dave I am pain free, am able to play netball again and can walk normally. I am now on a maintenance programme to keep on top of it as I don’t want to go back to how I was before I went….feel almost normal again! Thanks Dave!
Helped me recover from knee pain and develop a routine exercise and strengthening programme to keep the recovery going.
So glad I booked in with Dave at Remidi physio.He knew straight away what was the matter with my knee.My knee is much better now and I know I can book in again if it causes me any more trouble.
I would highly recommend Iasis. I had been suffering from a very painful and stiff shoulder for several months. I had no idea what the problem was! During the initial consultation David asked me to do a series of arm movements and quickly diagnosed a frozen shoulder. At the end of the first session movement in that shoulder had shown improvement. He provided an online set of exercises to specifically target a frozen shoulder. Knowing what the condition was reassuring and helpful. It is easy to book appointments online. David is professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to recommend him.
I came in with shoulder and back pain, which I suspected a trapped nerve. Dave went though all the procedures necessary for treating me and after 1 session a couple of days later it had significantly reduced which i had been suffering from for a long period of time. Highly recommended.
