I came to this surgery for a demonologist appointment with Dr Clare Kendall. I’m so impressed & thankful this lady is amazing she has changed my life . I have been to see other demonologists over the years & no one new what was wrong with my skin until I met this wonderful lady I’m now 40 years old & have had this problem since 13 . I’ve never been able to wear the clothes that I’ve wanted because of my skin I’ve always felt very body conscious & down because of the way my skin has looked & now my skin after 27 years is perfectly clear through this lady’s amazing knowledge about skin . Thank you so much for the bottom of my heart . Joleen
I have always found my doctors surgery helpfully . In the past two years I have be surfeiting with mental health.cluster heads due to nerve damage Dr Tracy has put me in touch with some very helpful people and sees to understand the embarrassing situation I find myself in so often accidents again nerve damage . I would also like to thank Nigel who always have my prescriptions ready . Before there was always some drama delay usually after 4 am on the day they should of been ready in the morning . I don’t always have use of a car and my petrol is rationed .so this just made for more panic attacks . Other than this i feel Im in good hands with a wonderful team that listen . And understand my past as well as my present Warmest regards Lucy Tisrks .
It is not OK to book timed appointments, start the surgery 15 minutes late and expect people to stand outside in the sun
Couldn't have been less helpful in arranging temporary address and precription for existing patient in temporary accommodation following a serious hospital admission. Staff would benefit from customer service training.
