It is an old building with original features and a modern take on comfort. The hotel room was excellent with air conditioning and high quality extras. The food for dinner and breakfast was equally excellent and fresh. The service was efficient and friendly. We had no complaints and would recommend.
Exceptional on every level! The very best cuisine served impeccably by lovely staff led by a great leader...bedrooms difficult to leave given their high level of comfort. Great stay and very hightly recommended...both couple and families...
Stopped off for food on way to Dorset...good food, friendly staff and great Christmas atmosphere with open fires, low lit rooms and candles....seemed almost Dickensian...!!! Would definitely go again and recommend it.
Stayed a night and two meals recently. A comfortable room and good food in an excellent pub-hotel atmosphere. Kindly and promptly sent me my abandoned phone charger despite being in the midst of second corona lockdown. Well done, thanks and good luck in this difficult time.
