Parking is with it so good for both elderly and families, but not really accessible for wheelchair users though staff are very friendly and accommodating, so I'm sure they would be happy to assist as much as they could. I am on crutches and the staff were very helpful in getting me on and off the train. Trains are of the miniature sort but are very effective, both diesel and steam ones. We had a nice return trip ride - about 20 mins. Families can alight halfway though if desired...picnic tables, children's play area and walks to the lake are nearby the stop. Has a small shop and cafe as well back at the entrance.

Great fun with the grandchildren the little trains are brilliant and the play park half way round had the children occupied for a good while.

Love this place. Not too big. Remember to leach ypur dog inside due to wild fowl.

Great place if you like to trains and also if you are a young kid as well it is a lovely place to visit at Half-Term or a weekend trip out
