We had a 4th birthday party and Kids2Day and the team could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They were able to help with a few last minute changes with zero complaints including adding an extra child. The whole team was very friendly and our party host was incredible.nAll the kids had a great time and loved the bears they got to build. The softplay has a really good size area for children aged 3 and under and then a separate area for the bigger kids that was perfect for a 20+ 4yr olds.nHighly recommend booking with them.
Hidden Gem!nnAfter checking out of our hotel, we stopped by Kids2Day before driving back to London, and it was the perfect final stop.nWhy it’s worth a visit:nAmazing Staff: Everyone was brilliant, especially Angela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable!nGreat Value & Space: Free parking, a decent-sized venue, very reasonable entry fees, and outstanding food quality and prices.nThe Only Downside: There’s no A/C. We visited on a hot day and definitely felt the heat, but it wasn't unbearable enough to cut our trip short.nYou 100% won't be disappointed—highly recommend stopping by!
We held a birthday party here last weekend for my daughters. We were so impressed with the service we were given. The children had a wonderful time in the soft play and were made to feel special with birthday crowns. The food was great lots of choice for all tastes and ice cream with sauce and sprinkles! Our party host could not have been more helpful making everything run smoothly. The other staff were really organised and great. Excellent value and an excellent party venue. Thank you so much :
We stopped in here on our way from Dorset back to Essex so the toddler could let off some steam and break up the journey. Lovely Lille place for little ones. They have an under 3 soft play area as well as a bigger kids soft play area to get out all those climbies! There is a baby sensory area which is darker and had a projector and lights. My daughter especially loved the kitchen which had lots of food and bits to play will. All in all a successful pit stop
My son had a great 5th party party here. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our party host Leah was amazing! The venue is clean, food was great and the birthday boy was made to feel special. Would definitely recommend
