Lakeside provided a 53 seater for our wedding guests with 3 days notice. They provided a professional and efficient service. The collected guest at 3 different pick up points and waited outside the church and later dropped guests off at those same points. This was all as pre arranged. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much lakeside.
We travelled to London for ABBA Voyage on the 25th February with GB Tours, Will was our driver and what an amazing young man he is! So incredibly knowledgeable and made our overnight stop perfect! The Sunborn Hotel and ABBA Voyage was incredible too! We had a fab time and would highly recommend this trip and company!
I went on a GB Tours weekend to Chester/Liverpool and the Driver Will from Lakeside Coaches took us there. A lovely chap, so calm and professional. Exceptional driver, his Company should be so proud of him. They are lucky to have him as part of their team.
Yesterday on the last bus to Oswestry from Ellesmere a young lad driving was so so helpful and polite and made sure we was home safely! You don’t get many bus drivers as kind and helpful as he was! Credit to him very impressed with the service!
Returned from a GB tours trip to the Isle of Wight - your driver Graham was brilliant. Your coaches are first class, as are your drivers.
A well organised company providing punctual bus services - they are always reliable, which is essential in a rural setting.
I recently used Lakeside for an airport run for a large group of friends to go to Manchester. The service both times was perfect and the coaches were new, clean and the drivers were pleasant and helpful with loading cases etc. In addition and to my surprise on our return journey I forgot to tip the driver, who again had been brilliant, but in my rush to get the family off and into the house at 4am in the morning, it just slipped my mind. When I remembered in the morning I text him to apologise and ask if I could send the money to the Co bank and he get it from them. His response was, and I quote “ It was my pleasure to bring you back home safely and that will not be necessary, thank you for using Lakeside Coaches” In the world we live in today, I thought that needed a special mention !!! Thank you Aiden and Lakeside, I’ll recommend you to everyone I know. Simon
Absolutely amazing customer service by this company! We were taken from Edinburgh down to Oswestry and back in a brilliant manner with upmost professionalism : would highly recommend for long journeys and every other coach hire you may need! The buses are comfortable with on-board facilities too if you need and drivers can provide plenty of comfort breaks where necessary.
Fantastic service from all at Lakeside from reception to our late evening return. A special mention for our driver Neil and helper Margaret. The coach was immaculate each morning. No easy task when we had been visiting farms. Even Neil's 'jokes ' kept us entertained. Many thanks all. The bed sharers Nekl will know
