Totally welcoming. Extremely competitive priced. Gorgeous location, staggering view's. Right up our street. Decor fantastic, Could of stayed forever. Such a lovely place. Fabulous facilities. Would definitely visit again if available. Would recommend to anyone. Well worth a visit. We took our young dog, she loved it too. Rooms: Our room was perfect, atmospheric ticked all the boxes. Couldn't ask for more
Clean, friendly and welcoming. Warm room with ensuite, large guest rest room with tv kettle microwave ect. Had a single room, comftable nights sleep. Didnt stay for breakfast due to work, highly reccomend staying here. Loved the families pets an the family feel of the guesthouse, only minnor issue is the stairs creak although im a big lad so most do!

It is a nice and quirky little guesthouse. The host and their pets were friendly and welcoming. The pup is friendly and likes to have his back tickled. I stayed here for three nights while exploring parts of the Pembrokeshire coast. One morning, I thought I saw a piglet roaming around the front garden, but I don’t know, maybe I had too many drinks the night before. The family room is spacious and complete with a shower, toilet and brew-making facilities. The communal room is spacious and has a balcony view over the dock. Overall, highly recommended. It's reasonably priced and I would stay there again.
Disgusting place. Bigoted, rude and narrow-minded owners who can’t accept that their property is massively lacking. Also ageist, discriminating against my partner for being young and disabled. No regard for guests. No care about guest experience. Filthy place. Uncomfortable beds. Lacking facilities. Not dog friendly despite claiming to be. Rooms: Massively lacking and filthy
Been to a few guest houses and this is a 5 star, location fabulous, views from the front amazing, staff very friendly and accomodating, dog friendly. Good price. Providing they have availability will definitely book and stay again. Love it there Rooms: 5/5
The place is really nice with comfortable bed in rooms equipped with a fridge, where you will also find an electric kettle and some tea/coffee with milk. Breakfast is good and the hosts are very friendly. There is also a lovely lobby upstairs with breathtaking views over Pembroke dock. Amazing!
Really nice rooms, friendly staff and nice communal lounge. Only down side is the quality of the single mattresses in the room if you have kids I ended up sleeping on it. The double bed was ok. The place has lots of quirky memorabilia around so you’ll have plenty to observe.
Myself and my wife visited lakeland Guest house from the 1st to 4th September for three nights and it was great. We had a family room that we thought was clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, kettle, just two small issues with it, two three ceiling lights blown and the bathroom blind was broken, minor detail the beds were very comfy and sheets were clean and soft, had a lovely rest lounge with a 50 inch tele and a great view across the bay. Breakfast was excellent because of the minor issues with room I only give 4 otherwise would have been 5 . We will definitely be looking to get back there again
Arrived to request a room around 5 pm without notice for us and two dogs. To leave around 12 pm to get a ferry after two days of driving from Austria so needed a shower a cuppa and a sleep fir a few hours. Thank you so much.
