Jan and Steve, the couple who run the ferry house Inn are probably the friendliest couple and are very hospitable. They both have a great sense of humour, they serve very tasty food and are always very welcoming.
Their whole family are very nice and very easy to get along with because I know I can be difficult at the best of times and I get on great with them. Make the ferry house Inn your local and you won't regret it.

Steve, Jan & James are the perfect hosts at the Ferry Inn.

Fabulous location on the river Cleddau.

When we travel to Neyland we always look forward to staying at the B&B and meeting them all for a friendly chat. They always have time for you and make you feel welcome. 
The breakfast is excellent, second to none, and it really sets you up for the day.
In the evening it's lovely to see the sun going down over the river whilst eating a lovely dinner in the restaurant. 
Looking forward to our return to The Ferry House  in the not to distant future.

Friendly staff. Nice location, on the water, with views from the bar/restaurant. 
Great food, both evening menu & breakfast.
Very presentable rooms, clean & tidy, again with views over the water.
Great value for money.
The only slight disappointment was that the place shut down after we checked-in, at approximately 1530, until 1800! They did serve us several beers, with a fridge to store them in, to last us until they re opened. But the heating was off, staff went home and left us to it!
I appreciate its a rural location, out of season. But surely, you're either accepting guests or you're not? And there was no prior warning of this.

Enjoyed a seafood meal with my wife overlooking the Cleddau.
Great location with boat access from the pontoon.

Food was first class - tasty, nicely presented and hot.  The only thing was the service - very slow.  Also was promised a window table but that didn’t materialise.  All in all we would still recommend it and return ourselves.
