I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your restaurant over the past few years. Unfortunately, I have consistently found that the food has been overcooked and excessively salty, which has detracted from my overall enjoyment of the meals. I did raise this concern with management during my last visit, but it seems that no changes have been implemented. Regrettably, this has led me to decide not to return to your establishment in the future. I appreciate the effort your staff puts into their work, and I hope my feedback can contribute to some positive changes.
This Asian food restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere transported me to the heart of Asia. The decor was tasteful and complemented the dining experience beautifully. The menu was a diverse journey through Asian cuisines, with options ranging from Thai curries to Japanese sushi. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors and impeccably presented. The staff's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive, adding to the overall dining pleasure. Fresh ingredients and a commitment to culinary excellence were evident in every bite. This restaurant is a hidden gem for anyone seeking an unforgettable Asian dining adventure.
Very very disappointed with the quality of service from start to finish, was not very busy but still had to wait for ages until we ourselves called over a waiter to say we ready to order. Poppadoms were just plonked on table again no plates cutlery or dips given had to ask again! Ordered double cheeseburger but came out with a single! Would off let the management know but at this stage was fuming so thought best to go. Food was good but please work on you're customer service and waiters!
We had the Tawa platter and the best I've had, everything was cooked perfectly and was tasty. The butter chicken was also creamy and taste was nice. I went with afew of my friend and they were all glad we chose this place. Definitely recommend and will visit again. Khalid the meet and greet guy was helpful checked on us to make sure food was OK.

Unfortunately, I have had the chance to try this place on at least 3 occasions over the years and I can honestly say I have never had a good meal here. I have never even had an average meal here. Everytime we have been, it has been a "to go with the flow" for a family decision to dine here and everytime I have regretted it and I'm sure that's the only reason they are still running. Prime spot on ladypool road but best avoided. The service is terrible and the food is bought out in unacceptable states. If only I could upload a video of the fish fingers I ordered for my little one. So hard that you could actually use them to hammer nails in without any exaggeration. How on earth can you possibly get fish fingers wrong is beyond me?? I have suspicions that the fish fingers were reused. The chicken tikka was actually visibly burnt. The family ordered a variety of different things and all equally as bad. After complaining about a few times we just gave up and accepted our fate.
The food was amazing, the waiter was brilliant, also supply you with boxes to take leftovers home. Will definitely be going again.Food: 5/5
Well what can I say, place looks good from the outside, you would expect good food. Walk in and the staff look depressed like they don't Want to work. They don't wanna tale any orders if they do they are rude. When u get your order threw its up to u to get the drinks fron the fridge. The food we ate was awfull. Old meat and the kharahi gosht defo not worth ordering. It tasted awful, more or less left are food and paid and walked out. It's a nice place but definitely one of the worst places I have ate in Birmingham. Oooo few hours later you will defo get the jalabs perfect for weight loss if you wanna lose weight.
We visited the restaurant during the Christmas break in 2022. The order taking was very slow & the food arrived equally slow as there were only two waiters serving 730-8pmish. We ordered chicken peri peri, meat Jalfrezi and seekh kebab. We were expecting better food in Birmingham to be honest. Food was alright but nothing to shout about. Parking: Parking is available around the streets but in the day, perhaps harder to find.
Second Review Eat our lunch here today. Service wasn't great at all today unfortunately although it wasn't that busy this afternoon. Lamb was a bit dry compared to last time, we tried the full chicken and chicken steak this time. Overall it was OK. I think they need to check their broken glassware and improve on their cleanliness. First Review Haven't eat here in say a few years, we were spread to go else where but seen this was busy so thought we would try it out. The place is really busy so be prepared to wait a while... luckily there was 8 of us so we got in as there was space for a big group. Service is a bit slow as its really busy and one downside is that they bring the starters and the mains together so by the time you want eat your mains and naan they might be a little cold. We ordered 1kg lamb and it was beautiful. It was cooked right and the couldn't find any faults. They didn't have any chicken sheehs kebabs so we had meat ones which were really good. The drinks are all European brand so when you drink coke can or bottle they are from Belgium so it doesn't taste the same. Overall food is really nice, chops were ok as well cooked right which you don't get everywhere. Definitely would eat again!
