Biryani was excellent and huge portion too. Pakoras taste really fresh. And as usual I had to try something what I never heard of. I went with Methi chicken and wasn't disappointed at all. Let's not forget both lady staff who were great too.
The food was excellent, freshly cooked, delicious and quick to the table. couldn't have done it any better myself being in the trade for over 30 years. With all the competition for South Asian cuisine, it's pretty hard to share a five-star rating. We both really enjoyed our first visit and would go back in a minute.Food: 5/5
Food excellent but..we read in a web site we can bring a bottle of wine for no extra charge. Scam. We were asked to pay 10 £ if we want our alcoholic drink. If we knew it we would of not going there because we wanted at least to enjoy our dinner with a glass of wine. Lovely food but we won't go back there. Vegetarian options: Spinach paneer lovely
The waitress was quite inattentive and took a LONG time to take our order and clear plates. It was very loud in the restaurant as there were some very noisy children. The food I had was underwhelming, the pakoras were dry and bland, the chicken tikka balti was very bland there was no spice to be seen there, although the biryani was nice. The menu told you very little about the dishes.
Good Pakistani restaurant with nice halal and veggie options. Vegetarian options: Paneer tikka masala
My meal was horrible. My delivery was 30mins late. The curry was not what i ordered. It was also tasteless and my bag of poppadoms was crumbled. The naan wasn't good either. I was actually shocked at how bad it was considering how high the price was. Didnt eat it. Had to throw it out.
Great curries, decent portions. The nan was nice but not the best ive had in aberdeen. Lovely staff and a decent place to sit in for a dinnerFood: 4/5
For a specialist "karahi" place, this was a pure disappointment.. the lamb and the chicken karahi was a let down with the sauces having no touch of lahore.. it was more like a glorified takeaway.. the mixed grill was ok hence 3 stars. I won't come back again sorry.
We came to Aberdeen for a holiday from Edinburgh. We went to this place today to have some lunch at 4.35ish but we couldn't even seat down. A staff member came and said we can take a seat but have to leave 5.30ish as they need the table which is understandable but when we asked to seat somewhere else he said the same too. How could every single seat in your place gets booked was there a party or something??? the guy clearly didn't explain or wasn't interested in customers. He could have been polite to us or could have told us to come back another day or whatever time we could come back. he just turned us off completely He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. That was very rude how he treated us very disappointed. You shouldn't let your customers walk away like that. So learn some customer service Wil never visit or recommend.
