Won't be going back to Pizza Express. Booked a table for 5.30 p.m. yesterday for meal with grandchildren before going to Shrek performance at His Majesty's. Order was taken and kids' starters arrived. 3/4 of an hour later and we were still waiting for our main courses. How long can it take to cook a pizza! Eventually we had to draw attention to the fact that we'd had no food. Another 10 minutes passed and still nothing ....... Then we were told it had just gone into the oven so another 5 minutes by which time it was too late. We'd have missed the start of the show (at least that was excellent!!). Fortunately we had some sweets to stave off the pangs of hunger! Shocking.

Food was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly and they always had a smile on their face. It was quite busy when I was there but nobody showed signs of stress. It was a very nice experience.

Delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff. I had a new card which I had forgotten the pin of so could not pay at the end of my meal, the manager was super understanding and allowed my to make an online payment without a problem.
