Called in for a drink last night, initially the floor staff were lovely. When we approached the bar for a drink, the bar manager was incredibly rude, we were told cocktails were not on offer , despite other staff members making them for other customers, it should be noted, that despite most tables being filled , there was adequately staff on as judged by a staff member of a busy bar. When buying a second round we were again told cocktails were not available and the bottles wee had previously ordered ẁere no longer available. As a member of bar staff this is understood, the manner in which it was delivered was exceptionally rude. We won't be returning or recommending to friends.
This is a great spot in the IFSC if you are looking to grab a drink or have a sit down bit of pub grub. They also have loads of TVs so all the matches are always on and they are very accommodating to find events if they are not already on one of the TVs. They have a really good menu and amazing burgers which is my favourite dish on the menu. They also do proper cocktails if that is what you are looking for. The staff a re lovely and the prices are on average what you find around Dublin these days.
Decent bar for sports! They didn't have any ciders on tap at the time, hence a lower rating but did have some bottles however I found the atmosphere a little dead. Would go back though, didn't try the food.
Have been before and found it a good spot to go with friends, unfortunately was there this weekend and the food did not taste good, a friend ended up sick for the day after eating and I did not finish my meal. Not sure if there’s been a shift in staff for food prep but it’s a serious change in standards since last time. A shame :

It is indeed a nice place to go out for a drink. We did not try the food, but the beer options here is awesome. The place itself is very well located in front of a tram stop. The service is friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.Service: 4/5
Fantastic place, amazing food. Best place to have a pint and a nice dinner. Deserts are fantastic.

""" I wasn't going to comment at all, but just look at how they treat people who leave critical reviews of which there are many. You can expect the same experience inside the bar, poorest customer service in Dublin. So petty and argumentative. There are so many better places in the area, don't waste your time here... Visited while on the way to the 3 arena. Asked if they did cocktails bar staff handed us the cocktail list. We were then greeted by another member of staff the managerwe placed our orders and he said no too busy so we ordered something a bottle of coors and bumpers. While sitting down we noticed the other bar staff making cocktails so for our next drink my friend waited to be served by the barman making them but was served by the bar manager, he said no my friend asked for a bottle of coors he said no,so my friend replied I’ll leave it so and his response yeah maybe you should. My annoyance with this interaction is if he’s the manager why didn’t he inform all staff that there were to be no cocktails made…secondly it wasn’t even busy there was adequate staff and there were no long queues…finally if your gonna be rude to customers in a bar you manage perhaps think of doing something else or not work on concert nights there was no need to be rude to us
Pint nice, service good and friendly. Customers a bit rough and ready. Felt a bit intimidating at times. A typical local at night, nice food during the day I believe.
