One of the worst places that Translink operate within their network, toilets are stinking and really un clean, the waiting area had a leaking bin. Buses don't run to the time table, no staff to enquire or ask questions if you don't know which bus to get. Poor poor

This place is very badly run down. On the plus side it has a roof to keep you dry and plenty of seating!!!

This bus center is very convenient in terms of providing all or most of the bus services in Belfast and the local areas surrounding Belfast. However most of the times there is little staff on site to assist you if you need help etc therefore it lacks being there to help you if you are for example new to the area or haven't ride to new bus route etc. Or confused about how to get there. However that can be mostly solved if you have a phone and access to their app (translink ni) with internet data. But it has restrooms and also a little convince shop at the entrance. Other than that is okay but not great.
