Decent Bus station with friendly information and ticketing staff. Information is clearly displayed on a giant departure board and platform numbers are clearly marked.nnPretty clean and seating, though not enough when it's really busy. The station is right next to a shopping centre, so even you you come too early for the bus, there's something to do.
The place and environment are alright but not the buses. Buses with no air-conditioning shouldn't take passengers. We pay a long distance to Dublin. With this hot weather, we have all been suffering the heat in the bus and like suffocation. Kids crying all the way from Dublin. Please be kind and don't get involved with other passengers. The bus should take an inspection and maintenance before you get to your journey. 27/7/2023. The driver also admitted the bus already has this problem but why still drive the passenger?
After an unfortunate chain of events which lead to me being stranded in Belfast all night, and losing my wallet and phone, I want to say a big thank you to the bus inspector who helped me get all the way back to dungannon on the first bus available. Never caught his name but the inspector is a credit to himself and shown great compassion! Shame about the man at the Italian coffee stand who was very dismissive to me when I asked to make a call on his phone. But the big boss pulled through
Rude StaffnSo we bought two tickets to Moira at the counter, then couldn't find the bus that we're supposed to board. Asked a bunch of staff the ones that wear those reflective jackets. Very rude. Just would utter a word in gibberish and turn around or brush us off. One man, big fella with white beard and hair, even pointed us to the wrong direction! I'm not sure if this was cuz we were brown or something else. We were worried as the bus was about to leave and these people just kept us running in circles.nUntil finally met a staff named Stephen, young bearded gentleman in blue translink shirt, who very nicely guided us. Without him we would've definitely missed our expensive bus. Very bad experience.
