Can be cold while waiting for bus. But go around a few yards to train station. A lot warmer wait there and watch the tv until bus has come in

Decent facilities, couple of small shops and vending machines, and places to sit and eat or get coffee during the day. Helpful and friendly staff. Bit dismal to be waiting around in during the evenings, but no worse than any other public transport depot in that respect.

Actually not a bad bus station as stations go. The buses are generally on time and there are a few shops and places for coffee and tea.

Impressed buses on time. One criticism toilet are not up to standard at times not the staffs fault.

Cafe not good. Expensive. In a bad place as occasionally birds fly in. Generally staff helpful and friendly. Certainly needs upgrading.
