Belfast is so lucky in its transport system, serviced well by both bus and train services. Great Victoria Street (GVS) is the flagship of Northern Ireland's travel jewel. Clean station, well staffed and well sign posted. The trains largely run on time and are serviced by many staff who brighten up you morning with a cheery "hello". Located within minutes walk of the central stopping district, GVS is serviced with coffee shops, a licenced cafe and a small Boots. Most of the emergency items one would need for a short journey are available easily and not exorbitantly priced.

Good station to get dropped off or picked up from or to get a bus from due to its easy links to the bus station. Staff are a pleasure to talk to and the station can get busy at times but never had problems with catching a train from here.

Use this station a lot (commuting) staff always friendly and willing to help. Shops in mall handy, licensed​ cafe, newsagents,boots chemist, ATM, you can even get your haircut.

All the staff are always very helpful and the place is always kept incredibly clean. Some passengers on a Friday or Saturday night can lower the tone somewhat, but the staff handle it all really well at all times of day.
