So far I've been quite impressed with the service , the meds have been in stock as promised and given to us straight away no messing about . Generally a quick swift service straight to the point .
Had my booster jab on Tuesday. I was booked in for 0955 hours, having an important appointment at 1100 hours at Leigh Infirmary, which I mentioned to the booker. I arrived at 0950 hours only to find a queue, but not only that, one guy mentioned to the booking-in staff that he wasn't due for 20 minutes, yet he was booked in and seen before me. I eventually received my jab at 1030 hours. I didn't wait around for the 15 minutes and ended up missing my hospital appointment. What is the point in booking in a time if you can turn up at any time and be seen before others who are booked in before you? Also worth nothing, I think it is the Moderna jab, as my card states, simply, "M". I have been very unwell with fever temperature reached 39.6 and headaches since Tuesday. Just be aware. I was fine with my previous Pfizer jabs, but not with this. Last night I just sweat profusely and have had to wash all my bedding today.
Came here for my booster. It's next to the pub in the row near the shop and doctors. There is a bus stop at the top for the 520 to bolton. You need your booking ref as a gent books you in via a tablet. Advise you to wait inside to get the jab as they don't call, it's just whoever is next Then outside for 15 mins in case of reaction. They have chairs set up outside. Wheelchair accessable, although there is a small lip at the door and the consultation room is tiny. The waiting area is also small with an L shaped wait bench. All the staff were lovely. Appointment was 12.30 I was out by 1. Even managed to get some medicine that was sold out elsewhere. Excellent little pharmacy.
Efficient and friendly staff
Can’t say enough about the service and help afforded to us. Five stars is the minimum I can put. Thank you ever so much .
Whenever I had a prescription they said they don’t have the item and I need to wait They never answer their phone and I have to go and ask in person every day or so! And usually wait one week for my medication I have 2 kids and it’s always very inconvenient for me to go there everyday to ask for my medicine!
Was sent here for my booster jab, only to be told there were no appointments on that day
Fantastic service. Staff are consistently polite and helpful.
Its lucky if they have the right medication and when I got medication there were items missing so I had to phone up to chase where my medication was to be told oh we didnt have any in stock
