Moved to Ellington 2 years ago, and we've tried various chip shops local to us. But they all haven't been the best. Though we didn't order much this time, the chips are fresh well cooked and not soaked in grease like most places. The kebab meat is a good portion and I couldn't finish it all. Easy to order, loads of items to choose from and a fast friendly service. 10/10
We stopped in Newbiggin for the day as we've never been there before and fancied fish and chips by the sea. I can honestly say that we both agreed and it was the best haddock and chips and we've ever had. Freshly cooked and not greasy at all. Fish was huge and so meaty. Shame you're 2 hours away from where we live. It was nearly £20 for 2 portions but well worth it.
Best fish n chips I've had for a long time. Not greasy at all and they tasted fab. Excellent customer service by the staff. Keep it up and congratulations on the new baby boy.
Takeaway cod bites and chips absolutely beautiful. 10 out of 10. Good value too is a bonus. If you're hungry, you won't regret it.Food: 5/5
Some of the best fish and chips I have had in a long time. Great tasting large non greasy haddock perfectly battered and great chips. Well worth the price

Best and freshly made food, anyone can make out by just looking at the food that it will taste well. Shows their experience in running the business and care for their customers.
Not the best fish and chips. The fish certainly wasn't haddock/cod, more like basa or coley. The chips were nice. Quite disappointed as a holiday treat at £35 3 x fish & chips, plus a chip butty was not what we expected.
We got 10% off "Because of the new baby". We congratulated them and didn't ask question. Delicious food. All the best "baby"!
