Met up with friends for a meal here.nThey had deals on, tonight it was a starter, main and a sundrie of a set menu for £15 quid.nnWe were seated and our drinks order was taken straight away. After drinks arrived they came for our food order but we had been that busy catching up we hadn't looked at the menu. They were more than happy to give us more time.nWe ordered our food and didn't wait long for our starters. Once finished they asked if we were ready for our mains. They arrived promptly, steaming hot and delicious.nWe shall be going again.nThe staff were lovely and friendly. The food was so good
The staff didn't seem overly friendly to a non local person. Too busy chatting to local people and didn't make me feel valued as a customer.nThe food was cooked promptly and was ready when I arrived to collect.nWife enjoyed her shashlick chicken, and the rice and naan bread we had were ok.nBut the balti was bland and lacked flavour and probably the worst one I have had for some time.nOverall average and wouldn't go back based on the experience.
We stayed in New Briggin for 7 nights and ate here twice. The food is plentiful and cost just right. Parking is plentiful on the quiet roads around. Thursday night is a set menu night if you wish to use it. Portions aren't smaller. If we lived nearer we would regularly visit. ALL the staff are extremely friendly and professional.
