I visited and shopped the store at October 7 night between 9 and 10pm and was helped by Gabriella. She helped to select all the colors I needed Ann offered me very good advices with my colors selection based on my needs. I took my time trying things and she was very patient and more than helpful. The customer experience was very exceptional I really appreciate it when staff working at the store are themselves expert and very interested in fashion and have good taste and know-how about the cloths and Material. Thank you for your help.
Thanks to Ivan who showed excellent customer service when we visited tonight, he had thorough product knowledge and store stock knowledge, when asking for alternative sizes, fit and colours. He is an asset to your company and should be rewarded, thanks again and I will be returning to this store.

Was a little late when we arrived to Store at Trafford Centre Manchester on Saturday, however the staff were as helpful as if the store had just opened, no rush to get me out of the store at all, i explained that the Lacoste shirt I was wearing was purchased from the USA but the assistant still found me the perfect match and it fitted perfectly. Thank you so much for the excellent service and experience, will definitely return when I’m back in Manchester
