Visited the store today to get help with a suspected factory defect in my boots. Amazing service from George and Olly, they explained what was wrong with my left boot and, because it was a rare defect, they helped me exchange them for a new pair. Definitely recommend this store!

what a great store. We recently did a live t-shirt printing workshop which was fantastic. Lots of a great stock and helpful staff.
The store assistant helped me greatly, and explained everything well, and was most importantly friendly — helped me to feel way less anxious visiting this store, and actually confident about my purchase as the people at the nearby Doc Martens shop hadn’t been too confident, and their boots just didn’t last… but this product itself. Well, let’s wait, and see hehe
You can't use a gift card in this store, despite the email stating you can use it in-store. If the shoes are not new as expected, as they were in my case a small cut through the leather, not only will they not apologise or show any sympathy for it, they will instead question how long it took for you to return the faulty item. They will give you a refund, but they won't refund the delivery fee, despite collecting and returning the item in-store. As if it is the customers' fault for being sold a faulty item as new. The experience is not better online, where they sold me a used pair of boots, with no tags, dried mud on the bottom, and a broken button, as new. I'd better avoid this brand altogether. EDIT 1: Response to owner Your response is not useful at all, and it proves this was not a one-off mistake, but a consistent poor policy on your side. I never used the boots and I returned them in the exact original condition, within the period stated on the receipt, with all the tags and packaging. I was entitled to the refund even if the item was not faulty, and I should not expect any "line of enquiry". You still offer no apology for selling a faulty product as new. You should have offered the delivery fee refund when I was in the store, not just because I made a review. It should be part of your policy. So thank you, but I won't accept it, I prefer for this review to remain and help other potential customers make a more informed decision than I had the chance to make. Lastly, the gift card email states nothing about "selected stores". I understand this is not your fault, but the brand's, which I'm equally disappointed at, if not more. EDIT 2: I have emailed with my receipt, but I have received no response. EDIT 3 : They have now refunded the delivery fee.
I wish I had the opportunity to give a 10-star rating just because of one staff called GEORGE. He is the human representation of hospitality, professionalism, precision, multitasking and competence. He took his time to help me solve my issues regarding a size mismatch without any delay or error. I can never stop going to the Arndale outlet because of him. With him onboard, the sky is the limit for the Arnadale outlet.
Great staff. Came in wanted boots, I wasn’t sure. Staff helped me pick a very functional boot and fashionable. High recommended. Staff members have very good considerations and insight. Very satisfied with my boots. Thanks guys!!
I had bought timberland shoes last year, had them a year wore them 3 times and front of souls where coming off. So I brought them back this morning and a lovely gentleman called George exchange them for me. Great customer service 10/10.
