I love DKNY and the Staff are 100%..... I've brought loads from this Store..... I love this place purely on the basis that the Staff are warm and very welcoming..... They have fab Merch. Uptodate on the latest keep popping in for offers as they have alot of offers in-store. See u soon my lovely Ladies.....
Very modern spacious store. Some very nice clothes. The staff are very helpful- Especially Nicola who goes that extra mile without making you feel under pressure. She is there in the sidelines to assist and give advice in the most professional way. In fact it has been a long time since I have experienced such good service from a chain clothing store.
I and my friends found the staff racist, they smile eye to eye for white people and frown or pay no attention to black people. A white person will walk in and be offered a seat, escorted and helped, and a black person is ignored to look around on their own.
Always a lovely environment and knowledgeable staff. I can't resist when they have a discount on offer. Fantastic store, love it and can recommend this is definitely worth a visit when in Manchester
Staff are fabulous at the king street, Manchester branch. Always willing to help. You can always find something gorgeous to buy! Love thug shop
One of the shop assistants was very rude she really down at me possibly because I was buying sale items however the shop.assistant who did serve me was very nice and chatty, it is a shame the attitude of 1 member of staff made this shop experience very unpleasant . I was very upset when I left the shop.
