Simply put, one of the best restaurants my partner or I have ever been to. The food was phenomenal, the prawn tortita was unlike anything else I've ever had, the prawns were massive and melt in the mouth and the octopus was beautifully cooked. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, recommending us a similar dish to the one we wanted which was finished we dined late in the day so this was to be expected. This ended up being one of our favourite parts of the entire meal. We didn't think we'd have room for dessert but we couldn't leave without one given the quality of our dinner and thank God we did because the chocolate mousse was a thing of absolute beauty. The vibe of the place is wonderful and intimate, watching the chefs cook while you wait for dinner really gets you ready for your food! Dinner came to under £100 Inc. service charge, 8 plates of tapas, an alcoholic drink each and dessert which we found to be incredibly reasonable. I'd come back to Bristol just to eat here. Don't miss it.
A charming bar in Bristol. Very good experience dining here for lunch. Their small plate dishes were all amazing. Seafood mostly. Their wine selection is also good. Attentive and accomodating staff. Service was fast and efficient. Price and quality ratio is very good.
If you have allergies or preferences, the servers make great recommendations and do their best to accommodate. Those little fish and oil are such a crowd pleaser! we enjoyed the fresh oysters and all the other dishes, but from the things we ordered it was all about the fish! of course the shrimp were amazing! We almost missed out on the octopus salad, but glad that it came along anyway! It’s a great spot to have a catch-up with friends.
Tiny venue but with atmosphere, even mid-afternoon. It can be crowded at peak times. Staff was super helpful and accommodated two people in the window seats with all the food. Good variety of Spanish tapas and wines, some of them a little pricey but probably some of it is due to the location. Parking: This is in town near the pier, you'll have to park somewhere else and walk if there isn't a space in the attached car park Wheelchair accessibility: On the first floor, there's a goods lift that's possibly also used by wheelchair users
Great lunch. Food was lovely and relaxed atmosphere. 7 dishes, desserts and alcohol came to £50 a head so great cost considering the quality of food and service.
What a great little place in the Marina. The food was just divine. Every bite was an explosion of flavour. I particularly enjoyed watching the chefs make it as I sat at my table. Everything is made fresh, and most Importantly, made with love. I can not wait to come back here again to eat. Yummy Food: 5/5
Staff have awesome knowledge of the menu and are super friendly, really tasty food, really filling, warm enough to eat outside in February with the heater on, and generally just a wicked atmosphere. Lots of gluten free options. Thumbs up from me :D
Great spot for some tasty tapas and drinks. Tapas is my favorite way to eat so any restaurant that does it, gets me excited to visit. Great atmosphere, great staff who seemed to know the menu well, tasty food that we got to watch being prepared because we sat at the bar. Lovely evening out over all. Will be back for sure!
Wow. Can't fault this place. Proper little gem. Food was sublime. Service first class. Cosy, warm, inviting, friendly. Very small, so fully booked for the evening we were in Bristol, but managed to get in at lunchtime and so glad we did. Really want to go again. Worth the trip from London alone!
Unique location in a bunch of shipping containers overlooking the city docks. The fare on offer was simply outstanding in quality, if slightly small in quantity. I can highly recommend the calamari, the gambas pil pil was very dramatic, brought to the table still cooking in a small skillet. Quite an experience all in all, and I hope to return soon.
