These ladies know sales and service. Great shopping experience.  Update: my third time here recently. When the total came up wrong on the register, I mentioned it briefly and said it's ok I'll just pay bc it's only a dollar. But the cashier immediately became rude and kept saying "I don't know. I didn't do anything! I didn't add extra costs to your order" while shooting me dirty looks. I had to reassure her that I didn't accuse her of anything, and had only mentioned it bc it was weird. But she kept going, rolled her eyes and said "well if you don't want to pay for it I'm cancelling it" even though I said I'm fine to pay??? She smirked and audibly scoffed at me 3x and said "there's a line" condescendingly. Seriously what's up with the attitude?? When I insisted on paying she said she's going to ring someone else through, denying me service. In the end she offered to get a manager as she didnt want to "help" me. All this wouldn't have happened if she just rang me through without saying and doing the most. But instead she instantly and continuously resorted to being defensive and argumentative, insisting the price was right. For what? All of this was so extra. And then she pretended like she didn't say and do all that. There are other places to shop but I came here bc the customer service was good but this was very different attitude you should never treat people this way nor act like this it's unprofessional and so unnecessary.  For the record, I only checked the total bc I was encouraged to buy more during their sale which I didn't mind at all but I do mind the temper not being checked.. Ladies, go to La vie en rose or Victoria secret if you want to avoid a bad experience.

I had a bad experience at this store today. The store manager checked me out and asked me to create a membership for $10, which would save me $11 on this purchase and more later. I declined the offer, but the manager became extremely pushy. She asked me at least 5-6 times during checkout why I didn’t want the membership and even said, “You don’t want to come back here again?” I had to politely share my reason, even though I felt uncomfortable being asked so many times. When I finally declined, the manager became very rude. She stopped interacting with me and threw the bag at me with an eye roll after checking me out. I felt offended and returned the product because of how rude and unprofessional the manager was.  However, I’d like to thank Aria for her help during my purchase. She was very helpful.

I’m putting 2 stars instead of one because I do like the products from this brand and I do think their prices are fair, but with that being said, I had a really bad experience today that I need to share. I came here with my boyfriend and when I arrived at the fitting room, my boyfriend had to wait outside of the corridor because men are not allowed in there. On the other hand, girls are welcome to wait in front of the cabins in the corridor. When I was trying my things, the girl in the cabin beside me was with 5 or 6 girls, who took pretty much all the space in front of the cabin. When I tried to tell my boyfriend I was ready to show him what I was trying on, he couldn’t hear me because he was way too far since men are not allowed. I then tried to faintly open my door so he could see my head poking and come and see. I was shocked to see a group of girls I didn’t know staring at me as I was half naked. Honestly I was really pissed about that, because I felt very violated, and I never consented that some stranger would look at me like that. If they had not made that sexist rule, this would have never happened. Either don’t let anyone chill in the corridor, or let my boyfriend stay in front of my cabin so that when I’m ready, I don’t have to put half my body in the frame of the door so that my boyfriend can see that I’m ready. My boundaries were not respected and I am not okay with that!

Was “helped” by three different people when I came in the store. Each of them assigned me a different cup size ranging from a double D to a B cup. Now, three months later, the bras I bought have fallen apart and are completely unusable. Waste of money and time, never going here again.

I visited this location 3 times now and there is a  staff member on shift yesterday and today  that had a very unwelcoming disposition. The communication was unpleasant to say the least  and paired with the attitude she made it clear has an issue with anyone who shops there. I watched this staff ignore people walking in and rolling their eyes when customers asked for assistance. The other staff on shift said sorry for her rude behaviour. I will reporting this location to the head office as this staff requires training on respectful communication.

The store is nice and decent. They have clean and spacious store. The people working there including the security guard are always sweet and greeting and helpful . I had been there to check for discounted rate lingerie but it turns out there wasn’t any clearance section or sale. They do have combinations like buy two but then that makes it expensive too. 5 panties for 38$

I went in today and was a bit nervous to ask for help but K stepped in and helped me right away , measuring me making me feel welcomed and comfortable ! She also helped me find the right panties I was looking for .  The first bra I tried on that K gave me to try was a perfect fit !!! I was relieved to find something comfortable so fast! I can’t wait to come back : thank you K!!!! :

06/04/24 2ish..The customer service at this location is always phenomenal and appreciated.Helen is aways so welcoming and gives great service as well as the beautiful black woman behind the cash today.Thanks ladies you make a difference
