Went in for bra fitting appointment in Glasgow branch today. All staff very nice and especially Debbie who helped me get correct bra fitting, she was knowledgeable friendly considerate wore a mask as I was and extremely patient. Left correctly fitted with 2 new bras, really nice relaxed shopping experience will definitely be back and will ask for Debbie again!!
Nervous about going.....silly me!! Had a fabulous time. Wonderful fitter Lisa and the rest of the staff so kind. The bras are terrific and so pretty. I booked a time slot would recommend that as it looks as they can get busy. I will definitely be back.
I always shop in the Edinburgh branch however on the 4th i visited the one in Glasgow and the staff could not of been more helpful. I didn’t unfortunately get the name of my fitter but she was very polite and was happy to give advice/point me in the right direction. The whole team was welcoming from the moment I stepped in the store .. good service as always, thank you!
Popped in on the off chance they could see me without a appointment staff very friendly and details took then I met Millie who was my fitter lovely friendly girl nothing was a bother and tried on quite a few bras before choosing two could not believe I.had been wearing the wrong size for many years would certainly recommend and very reasonable.cost
Would give more stars for Chloe if I could. I was in today with my baby so was feeling a bit on the edge having to get fitted with a toddler 26/1/23 Chloe was very knowledgable in her field of work. Her service was 10000/10. Lovely lovely girl who was very patient and really went out her way to make me feel comfortable and my baby girl entertained while I was trying on. Thankyou so much for making this run down mum feel a bit more human again, I came out with the perfect purchase.
The staff at the Glasgow shop were very helpful and really knew their stuff. Excellent service by a friendly team, especially the lady that 'measured' me for my bras. All totally done from sight and not a tape measure in sight. Very impressive. Next time I'm in Glasgow I will shop there again as I prefer in shop, to online.
Lovely store with a large collection, staff are friendly and attentive. Emma made me feel so comfortable and at ease as I took my new baby with me as I’m breastfeeding and wanted to try find a swimsuit plus underwear to make me feel good again. Emma made me feel at ease not to rush and to go with the flow making it comfortable for me and my baby who required fed. They have a great nursing range also. Thank you Emma.
Wonderful experience using the Glasgow shop. Staff are so patient and understanding. Nothing is to much of a problem for them to solve.
I had a fabulous experience in Bravissimo in Glasgow. I initially went in and spoke to one of the staff regarding a bad bra fitting experience I had in another store and said I would like to book an appointment. This was the best thing I ever did. Debbie made me feel so relaxed and at ease. She brought me bras to try on and was patient and understanding with me. I was so amazed by the lovely and helpful manner and the patience she had with me. I will definitely be back. This is the best thing I have done to gain my confidence back. I will not go anywhere else from now on.
I was extremely nervous, I suffer anxiety over body issues. I am a wheelchair user and I cannot look in mirrors. After my telephone call to book a fitting, my issues were noted. When I arrived for my appointment, the girl had an accessible room ready with the mirrors already covered. Margaret immediately put me at my ease, she was so kind. We tried various sizes and styles and I couldn't be more happy with my choices. Bravissimo and Margaret now have a new lifelong customer. Thank you so so much. Excellent service.
