I went to this store yesterday. Antoinette, the sales representative asked me whether I need help. I told her what I was looking for and she tried her very best to find the items for me. She went twice to the back to look for the special items and finally she found what I wanted. She was actually happy for me because she said these items are soon will be out of order. She gave me a hug and thanked me for the business. I was very surprised to have a sales like that because she’s very patient and friendly and smile all the time. When I lined up to pay, there was a lady in front of me and she had a 2-years old throwing a tantrum. Evelina, the cashier was very patient serving her and tried to explain the benefit of having a La Senza card. After the customer paid, Evelina went to pick up all the items the 2-years old thrown to the floor and gave the girl a hug and smiled to the customer: you have a handful! Wow, I never went to a store seeing 2 such wonderful employees serving customers so friendly and professional. All business depends on their employees and we as customers would be lucky to have these lovely employees serving us! Thank you Antoinette and Evelina!!!
First and foremost, I really hate to be this person. Whoever was working today greeted me at the entrance, as any employee would. But then I guess she made some remark about me having an attitude with her? I said hello to her, and hesitated on continuing the greeting because she looked like she was having a conversation on her headset. The encounter was beyond awkward, but me having an attitude? I genuinely was going to make a purchase but now I’m shopping online. I don’t even hate La Senza, but this was beyond awkward. One of the people who I was with believes I was profiled. For context, I am heavily tattooed. Maybe the employee was having bad day, I don’t know. I’m just a little weirded out by everything.
Walking into this store, I could see that it is well kept, clean and nicely organized. The employee at the entrance greeted me as I walked in. The staff on the sales floor was approachable. There was a good amount of stock and plenty of selection to choose from. The cashier was friendly, helpful and handled my transaction promptly.
Customer service is awful, shipping is awful. I got no response from customer service after sending multiple e-mails. There was a problem with my address for shipping, of no fault of my own, but they refused to send me my stuff even though I offered to pay extra for shipping and none of the items I ordered are available anymore. 19 items and almost $300 for my order and all I wanted was the stuff I ordered as a treat to myself. Zero help from customer service, I have not been provided with a refund, and they refused to send it back to me. I will not be going there to shop again or recommending them.
This brand is completely a rip off. I buy so much for so little and at the moment the sales are gone. I recently got a so free bra and I wash and hung dry it and then I come home with a rash. I've never had an experience like this and I pay way too much to feel uncomfortable with my body now due to this type of rash. The blonde lady with short hair did my transaction. I ended up buying way too much and returned most of the items. Thankfully I did.
Be aware of the old lady working in the store. She is so RUDE!!!!!!! I wish there were zero stars to post for this store. I went there yesterday to return an item, and the old and white lady was so rude. She made me feel as if I stole the item. Do you really need to be that rude? If you don't want to return an item, you can just say so. You don't need to be aggressive. This shows that you really hate your job. I don't know how people like her can work in a retail store and has zero customer service skills.
I visited this location to exchange a bra that I bought at a different location it fell apart with the wire hanging out. I showed the staff member there who I believe is the same European lady Kasia?? I believe other reviewers have mentioned. She agreed to do the exchange but accused me of not being fitted properly and it being my fault due to the cup size being too small. She forcefully made me get measured again and very loudly began to tell me off for not knowing how a bra should feel. I explained to her that after recently having a baby my body shape has changed but she continued to make me feel bad. She was so loud and I heard another staff member laugh. I felt like a teenage girl being reprimanded and unbelievably embarrassed. I'm giving 2 stars for the product exchange but the customer service, body shaming and tone of this staff member needs to be addressed. It's a shame there aren't any other closer locations as I do love the products and have been a customer for many years.
I had a pleasant experience here today! Evelina I'm sorry if the spelling is wrong was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Thank you so much Evelina for everything you did! To higher management, please give this wonderful employee a much deserved raise!
Just wanted to share my experience here today. Maryam was amazing, she helped us right when we came in she made amazing recommendations, she made my sister and I feel so comfortable. Square one is far from our house but i’d always make the trip down just to have her amazing service again : thank you Maryam <3
I went to this location today and honestly it’s the most hostility I’ve ever been faced with shopping anywhere my entire life. My sister and I are both young, her only being 13 years old, and three older ladies continuously asked us whether or not we needed help even when we declined and said we knew what we were looking for. Her and I were literally cornered in the back of the store and not allowed to move by three staff who were acting like we were stealing when we’d only been holding one item each which we put down in front of the staff. I work in retail so I get it, loss prevention is important, but like we hadn’t even had the chance to even look around the store at all. And after telling the staff we were not stealing and they were making us uncomfortable they didn’t leave us alone so we just left. Older staff needs to be reprimanded because according to other reviews this isn’t even the first time.
