Fantastic beautifully prepared seafood. Waiting staff were happy and helpful under pressure. Unfortunately the same can not be said about the bar lady! Her attitude was disgusting. Being greeted with a frown and the muttering of curse words under her breath was not what we expected! She obviously did not tale well to being asked to serve us by the bar man (who was fantastic and had a huge queue......now we know why!)
Shame that one member of staff let the team down. Especially considering she was the second person we encountered after the Maitre d'

Very busy Saturday afternoon. Waited ages for a drink. Ordered off lunch menu. Thought the chicken would be safe!!!!!!. Took ages for chicken skewers with a pinch of dry salad to go with the dry chicken skewers. My chicken in leek sauce and bacon was a long time and all I could taste was charcoal off the chicken no chicken taste at all. Don't know where the bacon was hiding. The chips were burnt like crisps so they brought fresh ones. Very overaited and would not go there again. It was a arranged birthday party for a friend and wasn't looking forward to the food anyway. Once bitten. !!!!!!!

Overpriced steak joint - very nice, but a £20 meal priced at £70! If you're interested, go at lunchtime - starter and main course for about £9. Same in the evening would be at least £30. Very nice food though, just seem to have forgotten they're in Swansea, not in Belgravia!!!!!

Food is AMAZING!  I would give 5 stars if the staff were a bit better.  Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of great waiting staff working here, but there are also a few that are plain RUDE and seem to look down uppon cuatomers! Give them some customer service training.

Very poor service. Too many Christmas parties booked  and not staffed to suit . Food didn't come out together  and some were cold and returned. Would not recommend.
