Absolute joke that place I’m 0.9 mile away from them place I’ve broken down bin here for hours only takeaway open and he wouldn’t deliver saying it to far away ! I’m from Manchester and don’t know the area he’s 6min away from me ! Bad customer service won’t even bother to help even offered to pay extra

First of all Couldn't get the order right! Second the kebab looked liked it had be thrown all over the shop the chucked onto some bread dread to know what meat it was thrown straight into the bin!

Ordered a large order from this place (over £50's worth of food), the order arrived however one of the pizzas was wrong (ordered a seafood pizza and a different pizza arrived). We rang back, didn't touch the wrong pizza and were met with hostility over the phone. They refused to change the wrong pizza and suggested that we pay for the seafood pizza we originally ordered even when we offered to send the wrong pizza back. Do not go to this establishment. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service rang to report incorrect order and got shouted at and told we could have our correct order for half price it should be free when we've already paid 😑 not ordering again
