I appreciate that the gym has a wide variety of equipment that is well-maintained, and the facility is spacious. However, the dumbbells are disorganized, which makes it time-consuming to find the right size. Additionally, they could improve hygiene by providing more cleaning supplies.
Worst customer service ever, be careful and ask around otherwise they’ll scam you! The gym itself has air conditioning problems and most of the time you are dealing with a hot environment. It’s a shame that such a good space is treating its members awful
So far so good. The womens bathroom are usually decently clean but one of the soap dispensers hasnt been filled in months and one of the automatic sink faucets doesn’t work Gym has a lot of equipment and if you come during non peak hours its usually very good little waiting but never come during peak hours Some people dont wear deodorant and it makes it stink sometimes but thats not the gyms problem One of the treadmills i used the speed down button was broken and clicked very slowly which was a bit scary during a fast run since im not a very good runner Equipment is usually working fine but they removed a leg extension machine. Also only one of each: hip abduction and hip adduction which is ridiculous for a gym of this size Sauna is very nice pls keep it working
Have had membership on hold for several months due to foot surgery. Not sure how walking from change room to pool would be. Contacted Shar about a pass so I could try pool out again without activating membership in case too much. Got back to me immediately and sent a pass. I so appreciate it. Very smoothly done. Thank you.
The facilities are top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a vast range of free weights and machines. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to work out here.
I have access to all LA fitness and I love the Don Mills location. This is one of the cleanest location. I usually go Tuesday and Thursday evening. Shout out to the lady . with long dark colour Usually in ponytail with Nike runners she keeps the gym so clean!!! Changing area, shower and washrooms are always clean. I have not see her stop working !!. She is actually cleaning the glass behind me during spinning class!!!
Best gym in Toronto I’m so glad that I’m not dealing with GoodLife Fitness anymore. If you’re looking for a 5stars gym membership and pay less. Welcome to LA Fitness. Remember once you’re a member you can go to any club in Canada and the US. And you won’t be paying more like GoodLife Fitness does.
Shar did a fantastic job on my first visit at the Don Mills location. He was welcoming, courteous, and accommodating. I was also very impressed with how large and clean the facility was. There are many cable and cardio equipment available and the locker room is roomy and well maintained as well. Two of my family members signed up on the same week as soon as they heard how nice this gym is.
Great gym all around. Plentiful resources, great swimming facility. Ample parking. Friendly service by Harrison
Honestly, Sam was Amazing! She made obtaining my membership and setting up my fitness goals a breeze. If you're interested in attending this gym, ask for her!
