Best pastries and bread I’ve tasted in the uk. Defiantly good fresh ingredients quality and freshness is up there! Very busy - and expensive but it’s justified!
Visited this beautiful patisserie in didsburry. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Was so hard to choose what to sample. The desserts were so delicious and beautifully crafted. We will definitely come back again.
The baked goods are fantastic and the range is amazing. Only issue is the speed of whoever is making the coffees. Took at least half an hour for an iced latte to come, after we got told it would be 5-10 minutes. I’m sure that person who was making them was very busy but either have more people make them or at least offer a refund.nnUnless every bean is being individually crushed and whisked in one at a time I’m unsure as to why it would take this long. We weren’t the only people who waited this long for one either.
Excellent little french bakery! The prices aren't crazy and are more than justified by the skill and care that goes into the products, on top of the excellent quality of ingredients. Had a lovely lad on the till who provided great customer service and suggestions, can't fault the place.
Popped in here after breakfast and it was very busy! Clearly the locals are a fan. The queue moved quite quickly and the small bakery was set up perfectly. They had a big window at the front displaying all their baked good and sweet pastries, so you can pick your options before getting in and ordering.nnAlthough there was no where to sit, there was a wall in the car park where many people were perched to eat their pastry and coffee. There is also the botanical gardens just a short walk away which would be the perfect spot for a morning pastry.nnI got a pain au chocolate, which had buttery flakey pastry with three lines of high quality chocolate throughout. Would highly recommend, will be coming back.
