Found this place using "fine dining near me" whilst on a business trip to Swansea. All 5 of us really enjoyed all of the food which came out. Not a single complaint or even a comment to make it "better" Was perfect, exactly as it was. Staff were also really friendly with nothing too much trouble. Would definitely visit again when we are back in Swansea for sure

Excellent food and fantastic service. At the higher end of prices for restaurants I've visited but it was a special occasion. Very on the ball about allergens, excellent service and terrific food with good portion sizes. Dietary restrictions: Staff were very knowledgeable about allergens and were able to point out safe foods for me to eat, they were also very accommodating to any changes needed

We spent our 3rd New Year's Eve in 4 at La Casona on Saturday. We were first to book a table back in October. The table was booked for 7.30. At 9.15 having just had a second bottle of wine delivered and waiting for one sweet, we were told we would have to vacate the table as there were other guests waiting. the sweet was promptly delivered when we said we were waiting for it. There was nowhere to sit and drink the wine as the seated waiting area was full. This left a sour feeling and having previously recommended this restaurant we won't be doing so any longer. At no stage were we told that the table was available for a limited time. In previous years and previous visits we have had the table for the whole evening. I don't envisage going to this restaurant again.
Lovely food, very busy and lively atmosphere. Service was great. Will definitely be going again!
First visit to La Casona for a family get together. Excellent welcome and very authentic Mediterranean feel to the place. Food was superb and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff excellent and very professional . Will definitely visit again , keep up the good work La Casona
Went to the restaurant the other night, not too busy but we were given a table in one of their American diner seats not great for socialising. Food was mediocre, and it seemed they had an excess of balsamic glaze as it appeared on everything. I had carbonara, it was OK but very sweet due to the balsamic glaze used to dress it. Not very accommodating with orders either, my husband didn't want the garlic potatoes served with his meal and asked if they could be replaced with chips and he was told NO but he could order chips as an extra. Not so sure I would go back, certainly won't be hurrying back there.
