This is the 2nd time I have been to this restaurant in the past few months, both times staff have been friendly but run off their feet. Had to wait ages for the food as the staff are prioritising delivery orders. Both times I have been the tables were full of rubbish and bins over flowing. This time I ordered the bbq Kansas burger for myself and daughter and a cheese burger junior meal for my son. I had to throw part of the burger away as inedible, the onion rings were like rock. Before leaving went to use the toilets both female toilets were overflowing. As this is the 2nd visit in the past few months and both times the cleanliness of the restaurant has been less than poor I will not be bringing the family again. Management need to look at staffing levels in the evenings so there are staff available to ensure the retardant is kept clean and bins emptied
This is like any other burger king however, it's probably the nicest one I have been too as it was clean and modern, with the touch screen monitors for you to order.nnThe food itself was as normal, really tasty but was just luke warm. So when you finally got home with the food it was cold.nnI will return but I think I'd need to eat it there, rather than take it home.
Burger King; What a Whopper! Something I’ve been told many times in my life!nnNeath… I was reminiscing about my time here in the Roman fort. Wandering around the barracks and the vicus in my tiny toga that barely covered my; well, best leave that to the imagination.nnBiggus LeCoxius, commander of the fort. I miss those good old days. Flogging Christians… burning people at the stake… crucifixions… prostitutes and ravenous syphilis. The Roman Empire; truly a place of wonders. Brings a tear to this old man’s eye… and an itch to his groin.nnAs I snapped myself out of my daydream, I found myself outside of Burger King. I thought to myself: Well, I’ve reviewed McDonald’s… but never Burger King. I noticed a sign in the window for the “Caesar Angus Beef Burger.” Perfect, I thought. I used to hang out with Julius Caesar; I was his personal barber, you know. I did, in fact, invent the combover!nnI even tried to save his life as Brutus and the senators attacked him. Sadly, old Baldy Locks was a huge fan of panto. So when I shouted, “He’s behind you!”nnHe replied, “Oh no he isn’t!”nnThe rest, as they say, is history...nnI walked into the home of the Whopper and ordered my burger. I was forced to take out a second mortgage just to buy a can of Monster.nnI was served by a man who couldn’t stop complaining; this was rubbish, that was rubbish. He had an attitude as though he’d witnessed me slapping his sainted mother. I never leave witnesses.nnI ate my burger and sipped the can of Monster as though it were Château Neuf-du-Pape. All in all, decent; but very expensive.nnBurger King, Neath: 4/5nBrought back some good memories... and some bad.
If you want an example of how low customer service has sunk, just go to BK Neath, or any BK to be honest. They never seem to have the right amount of staff on management fault and the staff look like they are run off their feet. I had to queue 3 different times to order. Once for the original queue, only be told to order at the kiosk I had cash, staff member said I could still order at kiosk, then had to queue to pay for order once placed, then queue for my food. What a backwards system.
I never really write reviews unless I feel like they’re deserved, and Caitlin I apologise if I used the wrong spelling without a doubt deserves the recognition!nnI frequent the Neath Burger King whether I’m in the area or finishing work, and every single time Caitlin is serving, she is nothing short of amazing, she is always smiling, always friendly and has an amazing attitude!nnHaving someone like that serve your food after a long day, honestly brightens your day!
