After a very disappointing experience at Kwik Fit Whitley Bay I rang up Kwik Fit Tynemouth to try and help me with a puncture that had occurred late last night . I was not very hopeful after my experience at WB  my review is on their site  but as soon as I spoke to Ryan my mood lifted . Ryan was so helpful and friendly and sorted out my puncture within the hour in a very friendly professional helpful manner. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit Tynemouth and would like to thank Ryan and all the staff that I dealt with for their great service today and I will definitely return and I am in the motor trade myself and will recommend Tynemouth to the many people I deal with . Brought my Z4 to have a full wheel alignment and the guys at Kwik Fit were excellent and I would recommend them for your next wheel alignment.

Best possible service from David and the friendly team in Tynemouth today. I thought I had a puncture but they diagnosed a leaky valve and fixed it right away at no charge. I highly recommend them.

Asked for non Chinese tyre's and paid top dollar for Chinese low manufacturing cost Hankooks made in China. Poor result will complaint to head office.

Called first thing to see if they could fit me in to check an issue with my car ahead of a long journey. They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to give the car an extra once over which identified two tyres needed replaced which they did within a few hours. Excellent customer service - will be using again without a doubt.

Rang numerous Kwik Fits this morning asking if they could fit me in due to having a puncture, and working in the area. Ryan I think told me if I could take my car in and leave it, the team couldn’t have been more accommodating, with in 2 hours I had a call to say they had authorisation for the works and changed my tyre. Service I’ve received was timely and professional

Fantastic service. Thank you so much to the lads there. Friendly, super helpful, took the time to explain things to me and really quick. I had a service at another garage then an MOT with KwiK fit. My car failed the MOT due to major problems. I won’t be going back to the other garage again thry managed to sort all the majors for me in one day! Thanks again.

Got some brand new tyres on my car fast and staff were very helpful even put some tyre shine on my tyres. The sides of the tyres were as shiny as the MOT testers head. Will definitely come back again

My VW Polo needed new water pump & timing belt , numerous garages unable to help quickly & KWIKFIT Tynemouth Rd offered to help within a few days- left car Tuesday, got call on Wednesday lunchtime saying car was ready. Very good service all round. Well done Carl and team. Rita West

Dropped off impromptu to find an exhaust fault. Unable to fix on a Sunday but gave a clear fault report for future repair. No charge. Thanks for your time guys.
