I have been using Express Garage for over 30 years. I have owned many makes of cars during that time which Express have handled with great care. Staff are excellent, with superb customer service. Everything always clearly explained. They have handled everything from simple servicing to major engine repair work for me. Costs are excellent. Far better than a francise dealer at a fraction of the cost. Can't speak highly enough of this Garage!

I spoke with John at Express garage a few days ago as he’d telephoned to provide me with a quotation for some future work on my Citroen C4. John took the time to give me some solid advice about how to take good care of the engine in between services and was happy to answer any motor related questions I had.  I’m definitely using Express garage for future work as I was left with so much confidence that delivering quality to the customer is something they genuinely strive for  Thanks again and see you soon.

I Started using Express Garage about 6 months ago. Firstly for a Service on my vw passat cc which I like to keep too a high Standard. I was so impressed with the work that they done. John advised me that the rear brakes needed replacing and I needed new Tyres. So I booked it in again for the brakes. I went and renewed the tyres. Nothing was a problem for him and his team. Overall a very honest Garage with fair prices  won't be going anywhere else. There stuck with me.

Carlsberg don't do garages but if they did this would probably be the best garage in the world. Friendly, reliable and always willing to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I use Express for my personal vehicles and also my business vehicles. A garage i can always trust to do an excellent job at a great price.

I have used Express Garage since my first car and they never fail to disappoint, The lads are always very helpful, even with a very problematic car. They've always been prompt and reliable, i would never consider using anyone else and would recommend them to anyone, it's without doubt the best garage in the North East
