Very dissapointed... such a big company and they are lying about the oil that they are using. I was and ask them if its possible to have a oil change and filters, but I prefer Castrol oil even if it's more expensive instead what they had. The lady from the reception told me that they are using only a certain type. After she "asked" one of the mechanics if it's possible to have Castrol oil insted, she come to me and she said that I don't have to worry about it and they can sort it out for me. I couldn't believe her and I wanted a guarantee so I told her that if it's possible after the oil change to have the empty bottles so they can show it to me. I left my keys in there so after 10 minutes I was still outside and someone came after me to give me my keys back because they are offended that I am not trusting their company. What kind of company is this? I was available to pay as much as they ask for, I just wanted a certain oil, and if they were professional they should know already that on my type of car Castrol oil is recommended. Definitely never go back again there.

Allways Excellent service and with a smile they picked my car up from work and drop it back , brill !! Keep it up guys and gals !
