The guys here are fantastic. Every phone call and contact is friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The manager, Steve, is great and has loads of experience. They are so helpful and go above and beyond. They epitomise excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I had a hire car and the warning lights went off. I popped in to seek advice. Boys couldn't have been more helpful. They saw me straight away and fixed the problem. When I tried to pay they said no it was all part of the service. Hugely impressed. Think I dealt with Bryan? but they were all fantastic

Had to make an unexpected stop due to break problems, unfortunately I had to leave van till the following day waiting on parts. Wrong break discs delivered, branch manager had to drive to Fort William to meet Dingbro driver as they refused to come all the way from Inverness even although it was there fault. Craig (manager from Helensburgh branch who was working in Oban that day stayed on till 7pm to complete my repair. A thanks to him and the other staff members who were great.

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us with a punctured the and a trip to London ahead in a couple of days. Thoroughly recommended
