Brilliant service received from Ollie. He went out of his way to accommodate my request for swapping wheels over from front to back. Tyre price was very reasonable for a quality business like Kwik Fit. In the past I’ve had to pay anything between £5-£10 to get this done. Would recommend and use again in the future
The staff at the Bury New Road, Manchester branch were very friendly and approachable. I drove in there on the day Saturday without an appointment because of this rattling sound coming from the wheel on the driver’s side. I was expecting to be told to come back another day due to not having an appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised when the staff put my car on the ramp and were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my car, and gave me a quote immediately. The issue with my car was sorted in about 45 mins which I was most grateful for, as nothing beats driving your car with peace of mind and not worrying the wheels will fall off.
Always used this place when needed. I had to go in this morning as one of the tires was losing pressure. I was seen straight away and it was fixed in no time. Staff were very friendly and informative. Will happily continue to use as and when needed. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Amazing service given by the manager Andrei and his colleagues Conor and Kane. I made a journey from Glasgow to Manchester and noticed my tyre pressure sensor was not working. The guys managed to find the broken sensor and replace for me. Knowledgable staff, friendly and efficient service. Happy customer!
Fabulous service, the lads had my car back on the road in 30 minutes with 2 new tyres. Much friendlier and more accommodating than the Chester Road branch. Keep up the great work.
My car had previously visited 2 other mechanical garages and neither of them detected the issues my car was suffering with. Major work was required. Kwik fit diagnosed these issues within minutes and took due care in repairing/replacing these items. Incredibly friendly staff and service. My new mechanical garage after this excellent experience. Caught a nail in a tyre on the way to work and so had to return home. Checked various suppliers online and no appointments on the day were available so decided to wait until opening and call the branch. I was told they had tyres in so I drove in and was seen to straight away. Had both a technical and a price query after the fitting that was resolved by customer services a couple of days later.
I visited Kwik-Fit after getting a puncture. Smakil and the rest of the staff were excellent. Smakil was polite and veey personable and the staff had my tyre repaired and back on my car within 25 minutes. Great service, thanks.
Booked in for a check to be fobbed off but they told us when booking in that it was just a quick job then took it to be told different because to us seemed like they couldn't be bothered when taken to a different garage it was just a quick job like they first said but luckily found a better garage to do the job never using kwik fit again both Salford and Bolton have done this to us now
