I've been using EMS for 7 years now, from MOTs to major repairs (headgasket replacement, ouch!) and I've always left satisfied that the job was well done. The prices are reasonable and never felt riped off. I can certainly recommend this garage.

We are very disappointed to see this review. The lady in question claimed that she paid for the MOT when leaving her car in the garage. We never take payment prior to work carried out. As a gesture of goodwill, we gave the customer the benefit of doubt and refunded the cost of a MOT payment. The customer left our garage satisfied with the job.

This is the first time I have walked away from a garage with a smile on my face. Daniel at EMS jumped straight into it and within minutes knew exactly what was causing the issue. He had a lot of jobs booked in that day and still managed to squeeze me in. I found EMS to be PROFESSIONAL , EXPERIENCED, INFORMATIVE, WELL PRICED and most importantly to me, HONEST. I will be using EMS again and will be taking my BMW there to be serviced from now on. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Daniel and team.
