Went there today for 2 new tyres. The service was brilliant I can't speak any more highly of the 2 guys who I dealt with. They were friendly honest and did a good job. I would recommend this Kwik fit to anyone looking for good customer service and a good quality of work

Really disappointed by the customer service. Have visited this branch twice, both times the staff were rude and patronising. Had misaligned wheels and rear tyres put on the front they told us they were fine when 1 was illegal with it past the marker and on the inside full of perished rubber. They had also not informed us that 1 of the front tyres was a winter tyre and the other being bold and a summer tyre. Very disappointed and now use a reliable garage with a great local reputation.

I had booked and paid online for a specific timed fitting. This was met with efficiency and politeness. Tyres ready as ordered. Contact made by phone during my wait away from the shop to ensure while waiting that all my options were covered. I returned and left a satisfied customer. I will need two more tyres! I will return!!

Was dealt with by Tony who managed to unexpectedly fit my car in there and then for a tire change in order for me to get to work. Great service.

Had my car booked in for a tyre and when i arrived, i was met by a rude and ignorant man who told me my car was not booked in, even though i had phoned and booked it, i was called liar and the guy has the worst attitude, i walked out and went to another garage who was far more pleasant. Will never use Kwik Fit again!!

Tony looked after me today and went above and beyond expectations.  Definitely be using their services again.  Thanks for all you did to help me get back on the road.

Amazing service today as always. Staff always go above and beyond to help us get back on the road. It’s the second time we’ve come to them in a bit of an emergency situation and they literally can’t do enough to help up. Would recommend to anyone! Kane I think his name is is so helpful and a genuinely lovely person who does anything he can to help.

Brilliant customer service, great prices, with friendly and informative staff. Today I dropped in and had my exhaust system repaired, the staff were super busy but squeezed me in and did a great job. Would definitely  recommend! Thanks again.

I have been using the Market Harborough branch on a regular basis.I had my brake pads replaced and Caine the manager provided excellent efficient service once again.

Great services from Caine and the team changed my rear 255/35 tyres fanatastic service will recommend guys keep it up!!!
