Very happy with customer service here. Went in at 11 and the tyre was fixed by 11:20. Very recommended

My wife went for The MOT for her car. The garage came up with a list of failures completely fake, around 10. Then, he said to go home as he was finding the spare parts. After 3 hours he called saying he could not find any part and we had to buy on eBay and come back. Went to another garage in town. They found just two failures, and the day after the car was ready. Speechless!

Perfect tyre fitting service- being an emergency it was good to have my tyre ordered, delivered and fitted in the space of one day at a fair and reasonable price. Efficient and accommodating staff. Many thanls Walter

MOT online booking facility a farce. I have used Tanvic on numerous occasions as I have a collection of various cars and have been impressed with the chap that carries out the MOT's he always takes his time and treats the cars with respect whatever the outcome. However the online booking facility is a farce I have used it a few times now, last time I booked online and turned up at the allotted time booked to be told the tester was not in today and therefore unable to carry out the test, and have just retuned home from yet another appointment after being told I was lucky to get an appointment online and we are running late so would I hang around for fifty minutes!!, after enquiring why I could not be rung and told of the delay I was told they don't often look at that screen. No sorry, no attempt to appease me, no nothing, so I'm off to Kwik Fit for a MOT at £27 not the £40.00 Tanvic charge if and when they can be bothered.
