I've never had any problems with Halfords products or staff. The guys are always knowledgeable and willing to help. Today we were served by a guy called Kieran. What a nice bloke! Really customer focused and knew what he was talking about. I'm a happy customer!

Hello. I was shocked as I was treated at Halfords in dover. I arrived at the MOT then older bald you said that I have to leave the entire contents of my car in the rain, because I will not do mot. yelled at me, he slammed doors and trunk. then I had to hire a gap in the stock and leave my two bags of clothes so that he could do the MOT. We agreed to meet at 10:10 and at 10:30 only received me, as he joked with a colleague from work (insolently at me). and when I said I was going to Swansea (Wales) he told me there did mot. I am outraged !!! mad.
